What do I have to do to get my item
I won this item and paid for it within a day. I have sent 2-messages with no reply. There is no number to call. What other efforts can I make to get someone to help me?

First experience with Mecum Auctions and it won't be my last! 5 Stars!
The two items I won were exactly as described. However, the big plus was the fact that Mecum was able to handle the shipping in-house. Without that accommodation, I wouldn't have been able to participate, since the third-party shipper was a freight handler whose quote was way too high. Big shout-out to Jackie! She helped make it happen and was an absolute joy to work with. Thanks again, Jackie. Like I said, 5 Stars... across the board.

Great Auction with fantastic MANCAVE items!
I live nearby so I did not require shipping. But at pickup everyone was very helpful! Will be looking forward to the next Road Art Auction! Thanks for the great toys.

No in house shipping
They send you off to an outside shipping company that is very high priced, your hands are tied if you don’t agree you don’t get your item. I live in Florida so I can’t pick up. I called about the shipper and was told in not so many words to bad you have to wait for them I won my auction on June 20 still have not received it as of this review which is July 11 To much trouble not worth buying from them again

Paul-We do offer in-house UPS shipping if the item (s) are acceptable to be shipped UPS. My apologies if you were not informed correctly and felt you had no other option. The shipping company has already removed the piece and begun the shipping process, so I am unable to intercept the package, but I was able to get your shipping cost reduced by 20 %. Beautiful pictures of an item that didn’t exist
I bid on an item, had multiple increases and finally won the item. But, received notification from Mecum that the item was withdrawn. No other explanation, no reserve was noted. I noticed that this happened to many items over the 4 day auction. This was a bad experience!

Very helpful and fast turnaround to receive
This is the first time using Mecum auctions and I was completely satisfied with the auction process and the professionalism and helpfulness of their agents. They made sure the machine was released to the right shipper and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them and will join in on future auctions. Thanks guys, your one of the best auction houses I have dealt with to date.

Shipping department does not return phone calls and two weeks after auction I am still trying to speak with someone to get my item shipped. Will not purchase from them again.

My bids won on you're site but didn't sell for the price it said. It said I won items but later found out I didn't actually win them.

I won a lot via the internet only to be told someone on the floor had won it? Obviously something went really wrong... and I got the short end of the stick. Not a great feeling and with very little explaination. Disappointing indeed!
