I would not hesitate to participate in any auction that comes my way with this high-quality auction company. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I purchased many items and several photographs were lost or mailed to the wrong buyer, unfortunately not all buyers are honest, and I was refunded for the missing items. The auction Company did not do a good job in shipping and made the mistake of not checking items carefully on the invoice resulting in mistakes. I am not happy with this as communication was a challenge and it took some time to resolve the problem. I would much rather have the items (some of which turned up a month later on eBay) than the refund. I am not happy with dishonest buyer who got the photographs, they knew were not theirs, they will find out that there is Karma and Karma always catches up to those who take advantage of others. I don’t want any part of the dishonest process so I did not make an eBay purchase. To me, it would be stealing as it is taking something that does not belong to you and when contacted by the auctioneer simply shrugging one’s shoulders and pretending you did not know that the photos belonged to another buyer. I think the auction Company tried to make things right. I fault them for the sloppy work in processing but I can not blame them for the dishonest buyer. They made an attempt to let this buyer know a mistake had been made that the buyer took advantage is not their fault.

Reached out doens of times via email and phone calls got about 5 responses that they were waiting to find a box to ship it with, then a monthe later i got them to tell me they were shipping it that day and they provided a shipping number. To this day (another month later) it has yet to start moving. Theyve stopped anwsering my phone calls, messages and texts which were all very polite. I guess im just out a few hundred dollars 😒
