Lovely items!

I bid, and one a Hamilton watch. The watch itself is now great! I would adise people to be careful, very careful, of what is written in the product description. The watch was listed as an automatic watch. After multiple back-and-forth attempts to resolve the situation, I am now stuck with a manual wind watch as some of the functions of the watch do not work. YES-it is literally an automatic watch, as that is how it was manufactured. However, I’m not a Watch expert, but the piece that moves to keep the watch running without winding is not working. So it is now a manual wind watch. Life is too short and I just wanna enjoy the watch but I felt them accusing me of not wanting to return the item to them after not even receiving it for six weeks yet I paid for it was not the right route to go. They just didn’t seem to want to help. I spoke to multiple people and they would answer the phone, but their answers were always the same. Had not been for them, admitting that they knew it was a manual wine watch because of the broken function. I probably wouldn’t have done anything, but one of the employees admitted to me that the owner knew that it would only work as a manual wine watch. This is why I say read the description very carefully, I’m not pursuing any further action as they are now blaming me and saying maybe it was broken the shipping which the jeweler said was impossible. I’m guessing they’ll respond to this message and say they told me I could send it back but they would not refund my money and provided no timeline for how long they would have it versus suspending an additional couple hundred dollars to have it fixed immediately. I used to live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and visited Dixons in person for many years I have even consigned when I was in the process of downsizing and moving Always a great experience both buying and selling.
