Great to deal with and helpful with every aspect

They need to have more pictures and more detailed information about their items.

I just received my order from this Auction House. I purchased multiple lots. The packaging was excellent and I was very pleased with their communication and shipping. However, I am not satisfied in particular with the representations of three of the lots purchased. Two of them were boxed train sets, which when I opened them, are missing quite a few components. I understand things are purchased "As Is", however, simply by opening the box, the auction house could have: 1. Shown a picture of what was missing 2. Described that the set was not complete. The other item was a train which had a coupler broken and attached with tape. The photos were from every angle EXCEPT the one that would have shown the broken coupler. Again, this could have also been in the description.

Additional shipping charge were a surprise.

JESSICA SHOULD GET A BIG RAISE. SHE WAS HELPFUL BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.

One of the five lots that I won was not represented well in photo or item description.

The Link for Payment didn't work. I called, talked with Part-Time help. Left a message, as she couldn't take a payment. They didn't call back. Called again, woman was not familar with American Express & got my account frozen. Paid with Mastercard. Then a week later they call back telling me to have my credit card ready to pay for shipping. The cheapest shipping was $4.00 & some change. I agreed to that. Then they charged $4.00 for a box. Would have been about as well off with Priority Mail. It was a total disjointed disaster. I will never bid again on anything they try to sell. They never had any answers about how anything got screwed up.
