Were very sorry this transaction took so long. In this world wide environment intl shipping is near mpossible to track fully once it has left the usa. Thankfully the power of my usps account and the personal serive it provides a near day to day update is avail. Your package was shipped and trackng provided on 6/4/21. Item delivered on july 24, 2021, maintaining our 2 year run of over 2900 seperate orders with100 % delivery or refund provided. Though we are not proud of the last 2 months we are beyond proud of our overall 2 years of live auctioneers sales. we typically spend no time investigating confirmed delivery so pls advise if this is not the case. I have been compelled to relpy to your continual negative feedback and 1 star reviews over 1 isolated incident but so far i have been able to maintain my professionalism. Your verbally abusive private messages and fraudulent chargebacks have made it difficult to maintain this "professionalism" while Enduring what has been a very personal attack on my livelyhood, personal health quite frankly. I will leave TRUE review of what actually happened in this contractually binding agreement between 2 parties-a buyer and a seller. * Customer contacted us in regards to shipping estimated time of delivery * although admittingly slow we did provide a tracking number and this tracking number was delivered to your mailbox vis usps. * customer unpleased with delivery time. * customer received items and complained about 2 of the estimated 10 items. 1-26 year old 1996 topps baseball "sealed pack" (cards stuck together in a nearly 30 year old pack not uncommon but CERTAINLY A 100 % REFUNDABLE ITEM) and 1-basketball hotpack-"not so hot" (a subjective matter of opinion but if not happy once again a completly refundable item). No comment either negative or positive in relation to the additional items. * customer requests full refund * Seller agrees and Similar to-insert "ANY BUSINESS USA" here-seller requests the items be returned prior to a refund being issued. * customer issues a FRUADULENT chargeback with his payment provider. * seller disputes this chargeback while once again refering to a common policy of please return items and a full refund will be issued without hesitation. * customer keeps what now could be referred to as stolen merchandise. * seller wins the obvious FRAUDULENT chargeback. (SELLERS ALMOST NEVER WIN A HONEST CHARGEBACK OR A FRAUDULANT TYPE SUCH AS THIS ONE WE JUST DONT) * customer continues the abusive private message and escalates the situation to criminal harassment. * seller requests the feedback be removed due to the untruthful and fraudulent content.

As we talked about in multiple discussions, we are as disappointed as you are that this did not go smoothly as we would have liked. Also discussed in multiple communications your items shipped on the weekend of Feb. 14th and tracking provided. Toss in a EPIC storm in Texas where many still have no clean water and a beleaguered USPS service and it certainly has led to a slow down of the mail. Please refer to the tracking number and see it is still active. I cannot apologize 3 times for the same incident or spend energy trying to speed up or complain to usps as I consider them the heroes who kept our economy alive while the rest of the world hid in the basement. I will continue to follow the daily track updates and see that it makes it and strive to get better at everything we do here. Take care we wish you the best of luck in your sports card collection. This was dropped off days ago ago. tracking forwarded thru live auctioneers message. We can certainly do better in areas however we do not have control over the usps. I ship/recieve hundreds of items weekly amd delays are still happening everywhere. Not uncommon at all for tracking to update sporadically or never update at all while still being g delivered. According my local postmaster they are running at a 35 % covid positive rate and vastly under staffed and over whelmed. I do wish we had done better here but I'm ok if you don't bid here.
