Received my item in a timely fashion, shipping was done carefully as well. Highly recommend this house.

Won a skin on auction, offered shipping, paid for the shipping cost Item was never shipped. After an ordeal with Fedex who did not have the item, I began to get the usual run around by Steve Chupp with lies and finally who offered the refund but had sold it to anotjer buyer. For probably 3 times the amount. This other buyer had contacted. me with an offer but I decided not to sell. I continued to get the usual run around AVOid this Auction House They Re Thieves and LIARs

I received my head but it was a wrong one. I had already taken it to our mountain home so I had to go and get it. 1000 miles each way. Steve Chupp told me he would exchange it and would give me an Elk mount for my troubles. Guess what? No Elk mount. When I asked he said that he did not have a good one and would send me a check. I didnt ask how much as I figured it was a show of good faith. Guess what? No check. I texted him saying I never got anything and he did not respond. I went out of my way to get the mount that he delivered from our maintain home and make sure he got it back. Steve Chupp is not a man of his word. Sad.
