They sold me fake items as a ancient old. but non of their items seems to be original old. all are made as old and new. They are not returning the money too So i can say it’s totally a trap. So be careful

Won auction, auction house didn't send certificate of authenticity. Contact auction house. Auction house very slow responding! Auction house stated they sent it separately for some reason. Never received the certificate. Very slow auction house. Worst onliveauctioneers.com. NOT RECOMMENDED! 👎 👎 👎 👎

The auction house remove my company name from the shipping documents in spite of it being on my invoice. This caused me to pay additional taxes. It also took them two weeks to ship and zero response to any email or phone contact. I emailed them specifying the importance of my company name being on the paperwork before shipping and yet instructions were ignored. Hesitant to do business again due to poor communication and casual attitude towards shipping documents.

The bracelet I bought was described as “silver”, in fact it is some metallic material color silver like. It is an ancient object, probably lead, or something color grey. I wrote to the Auction house and expressed my disappointment, but they did not care to answer.

Staff confirmed sale & invoice within hours of winning item (even on a Sat evening!) Had several questions which were answered promptly. Actual auction item also delivered quickly!

The auction house does not care to carry any responsibility of potentially fraudulent or misleading merchandise, does not explicitly inform the buyer of extra shipping costs that he may incur and generally does not adequately vet its sellers.

i have bought and paid for two objects in there last sale on the 15th october and it also included a shipping charge, i have contacted them through your website a few times with no response, will i ever see these items i have paid for? i have also left a message on their answer phone. please can you help me, many thanks

The auction was 10/15 and just received the invoice??? Really, never have I had such pathetic timing from anyone else. On top of premium and a questionable shipping charge the add in a $6.00 service charge? What a joke of an auction house

I felt that the delay between winning the item and actually getting the bill was a bit long causing me to send a query that was never answered and making me check LuveAuctioneers daily to see if there was any action. Once the bill was posted and I paid through LiveAuctioneers shipment was swift

Waited 2/weeks for an invoice Mesaaged them several times. No response. Called them... no action no reply, appears to be a cell phone. Almost 1.5/wks later still haven't received notice of shipment. LA intervened and finally had a reply stating that someone else is in charge of shipping. Was told. i was emailes but have yet to find such email in any inbox. Ancient Objects is doing a disservice to themselves and auction website I intend to lodge a dispute Friday November 10.17 if not shipped and will not stop to recover funds. Going forward I would not use LA again. Sorry!

I never received an invoice. I asked for it twice. I haven’t received my lots yet. This is now 3-4 weeks after the auction. I haven’t had this experience with any other auction house. I’m still not convinced that I will ever receive my purchases.
