It's all good.

everything is fine.

It is not the auction house that is the issue it is the live auctioneers site. Site is slow and cumbersome and not easy to navigate as compared to other live auction sites. It is next to impossible to tell if I am the high bidder or not. Site is buggy as will and slow to load.
