This seller is not accommodating at all as far as payment. I do NOT like being forced to pay through Live Auctioneers on line payment platform. This is why I do VERY LITTLE bidding through Live Auctioneers. I do not think sellers like it either. Live Auctioneers offers very little (really noo) support-so why bid through them and have to pay all the extra fees. Better to deal directly with auction house. Because they are not accommodating as to payment, I will more than likely choose not to bid with Lotus International in the future.

Bernie was very accommodating and kind to work with. I highly recommend Lotus Auctions as a great auction house to do business with. They always have interesting paintings in their sales as well

The items were accurately described and pictured, and the payment process was as smooth as could be. This was my first purchase from Lotus, and I recommend them without hesitation. I’d also recommend the shipper they suggested, The Village Express, without hesitation. They coordinated with Lotus seamlessly, and my items were safely packaged and quickly shipped.

I needed a way to have the item shipped and Lotus doesn't do shipping but they gave me a local store that did shipping that they use all the time. Everyone in the both transactions were helpful and professional.

Co-owner Bernie met us on a Sunday so that I could retrieve my items. Fantastic customer service all-around.

Bought two paintings and LOVED them. The process couldn’t have been easier and I loved talking to Bernie! He was so helpful and nice. The shipper he recommended, The Village Express was also so friendly and easy to deal with — they picked up and wrapped the paintings as if they were delicate eggs! Everything arrived fast and beautifully wrapped. Could not be more pleased with the entire process! Thank you!

The shipping company they recommended to me (Village Express) was top notch. I would gladly do business with Lotus and Village Express again.

Getting shipping was a chore but finaally got a more reasonable shipping quote from a shipper who was respnsive and did a great job with packing and shipping and was much more reasonable then some of the other quotes for shipping that I got

I am very happy with this French easel, it's in great condition, sturdy, and appears to be unused. The shipping was on the pricey side, but The Village Express Pack & Ship team packaged the item with great care, and once we connected * the package arrived very quickly, with the item well-protected. (* Slight delay due to its being a holiday week, which was no problem at my end.) Responsive and friendly communication with Lotus Auctions, who graciously provided dimensions upon request, updated the listing in plenty of time for their auction, and consulted patiently with me about comparing pickup vs. shipping of the item. Would do business with both again, very pleased. Thanks!
