I have had nothing but good experience with this auction house. I feel like they bend over backwards to answer questions and help in any way possible. Every question I have had has been answered and every item I have won has been handled very well. I look forward to getting notifications about their upcoming auctions because I have seen some pretty interesting items!

I was so pleased to win several items in a spring auction. After ME not following up quite as promptly I should have, I finally realized and contacted the auction house. The Stasaks were absolutely fantastic to work with; everything was corrected and happily taken care of. and I have received the items I won, which were exactly as described.

They are the best!

The entire experience was flawless. Mr. Stasak is very hands on, and the item-a 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers World Series commemorative mug-is absolutely flawless. During the process, I had occasion to speak with Mr. Stasak in pursuit of some clarification. He was personable, helpful and every expectation he set was met. I highly recommend this auction house.

Nice items, overall decently pictured and described. Decent processing and pick-up. The Live Auctioneers venue is so horrible that we try not to attend unless we have to due to the bidding process and picture presentation of Live Auctioneers.

Stasak Auction and appraisal Service is always cognizant of the people they serve. They have their procedure polished enough that it is easy even for a newcomer. They are very dedicated to making a smooth transition from bid to pick up/shipping. The venues are wide ranging with logistical challenges for some. they always have a system and can adapt it to any variation. It demonstrates their level of customer service which is high. Bidding on auction items is engaging enough without having to be concerned about the final step of the receipt logistics. It makes it a more agreeable experience and why I keep coming back.

There is a disconnect even with this review process, because while it seeks a review of M. J. Stasak Jr. Auction and Appraisal Service, it was Live Auctioneers who bungled the process with its digital platform, for which Michael Stasak and his staff had to save the day and on more than one occasion with their personal touch. I mean, sometimes, a quick telephone call can't be beat. Live Auctioneers can't be bothered.
