The UPS ground shipping cost to Montana was $26.08 and was much less expensive than USPS. We charged you a $10.00 packing fee to box your lots, weigh it, calculate your shipping quote, invoice you, prepare your label, and deliver your package to UPS. You initially messaged us on July 17, 2021 very unhappy about paying for shipping and the clothing being wrinkled from transit. After a few more similar messages, you wanted to return an item. I accepted your request. Your card was refunded $31.25 on July 28, 2021, the same day we received the item from you in the mail. You left this comment and rating on August 7, 2021 … 10 days after your card was refunded. You and I had multiple conversations because you did not want to pay for your item claiming the USPS shipping cost to the U. K. was too high. As I said then, you have multiple negative reviews from other auctioneers for bidding and not paying. It was a small $30.00 sale. The lot was described clearly and there were plenty of photos.
