This business is a COMPLETE SCAM. I cannot believe Live Auctioneers would allow Gems & Gifts Jewelry to sell products on their platform. I've returned the item weeks ago and have still not heard back in regards to receiving a refund. The company lies, refuses to respond and sells jewelry that is completely inaccurate to the item description. They need to be banned and I will continuously report them to any and all platforms I can. RUN FOR THE HILLS AND DO NO PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM THIS FRAUD/SCAM OF A BUSINESS.

Today is January 29th I was informed to contact gems and gifts to arrange shipping charges. I've called, texted and emailed with ZERO responses. I made the purchase on January 8th and still I don't have the ring. I've since filed a dispute with my credit card company in hopes of reversing the charges. I'm also reporting them to the BBB. I'm a retired business owner and would never allow such horrible customer service and crappy communications go on in my establishment. They should be ashamed. You cannot run a business dealing with the public like this and expect to keep your doors open. I will never do business with them again!!!! My purchase was over 1700.00 and I feel scammed. Shame on you Gifts and Gems. Shame on you Live Auctioneers 😕 of course I'm not satisfied with the photos and descriptions because it's been 21 days and I've got nothing to show for it. I wish I could give a zero stars for all of their services. NBC, ABC and The Today show need to rethink their support of this company!!!!! They stink!

After winning the ring on auction in NOV 2023 I waited for 2 months and repeatedly contacted the auction house and they claimed that the item was shipped and I asked for the shipping date and tracking number, but they never provided me with that information nor paid my money back, and I disputed the charges through my credit card company. I have had several email contacts with the support team but without any results. This is nothing but theft and fraud.

1. I did not receive any notification on the shipment track number; someone was at home on Fri and received the package accidentally. 2. The central stone has a diagonal fracture and chipped at the edge. So beware the lot images published on the site may be inaccurate

Though item was smaller than I expected from the pictures the service and shipment were flawless. Shipment took some time but arrived well without any problems. Thanks

Appraisal doesn't match item. I've sent 3 emails and still no responses.

Don't purchase anything from Gems & Gifts Jewelry. I could not get responses to messages. I was told 12/8/23 that my item was shipping and never received a tracking number. Had to complain to LiveAuctions directly then had to dispute my credit card charges 30 days later, since my item was never shipped. This exact item was on auction at least 10 more times after I won the item. Bidders beware! Fraud or total incompetent company.

Average quality but very costly

I purchased this ring thinking the description and appraisal was accurate. The ring looks beautiful. The emerald was 2ct not 5ct and the diamonds were 0.72ct and not 1ct. As for the $16, 000. U. S. appraisal, it was $8, 000 Canadian. Please buy with this in mind.

The ring I recieved is absolutely beautiful and they resized it for free before they shipped it out to me. They are friendly, professional and respond promptly. Really nice and east to deal with.
