I MADE PAYMENT EARLY AFTER WINNING AND KEEP CALLING FOR SHIPMENT I DID NOT GET SHIPMENT FOUR WEEKS AFTER MAKING PAYMENT I RECEIVED THE ITEMS IN BAD CONDITION, BROKEN I HAVE FILED A DISPUTE WITH CREDIT CARD AND CONTACTED THE OWNER REGARDING THIS, HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER

They would never answer emails although I sent more than one to them. They do not have a phone number listed on Liveauctioneers or on their invoice. I could not find any phone number to contact them anywhere. I will not be visiting any more auctions held by this auctioneer, even though in fairness the item was as described and I did receive it, the whole process was frustrating and annoying because there was no way to contact them.

Item description and pictures did not match on one of my lots. I reported it and the auction house refunded my money. The auction house does their own shipping for smaller items. The only problem I had was the way the items were shipped. My jewelry was stuffed into plastic bags. Some pieces arrived damaged. I would have preferred to pay more for private shipping to ensure my items arrived safely. The auction house acknowledged the problem and were helpful.

I find the pictures of the items usually are larger than the item and is deceptive and the sizes are not listed.

They had a list of shippers which I used and I still don’t have my item over two weeks later. I paid almost half the value of the item (a small necklace) to shop it and it’s ridiculous. The auction house should not just be relieved of all responsibility for shipping.

The UPS shipping services were way out of line regarding price. I ended up going with PacknGo or something like that. They were half the price of both UPS facilities I contacted and the item arrived safely in a timely manner. Should accept PayPal.

I really don’t know what to do. The item is quite damaged and does not work. But there were only two photos (not from the correct angle to be useful) and the description didn’t share the relevant information. Completely unhappy and won’t be purchasing from that auction house — or probably over Live Auctioneers — again. Buyer beware, I guess.
