Great commutation and fast shipment to Baltimore, MD

I cannot overstate what a awful experience we had with this dealer/auctioneer. My assistant and I were at our wits end and resorted to contacting liveauctioneers to intervene several times. If payment, fulfilment and communication weren't bad enough, there were undisclosed chips and other condition issues as well. Strongly recommend you avoid them and save yourself the trouble.

I have bought last time insignificant item to friend of mine in the US, contrary to previous purchases-Due to the Covid19 the shipment was stuck in Germany. The hours of the service which have been invested by Hammersite employees in order to get the item release and send to the target coast probably more than the item itself. My gratitude to the company for their impeccable service 😊

The item received was repaired, but the seller concealed the appearance.

I have been purchasing items at Hammersite for several years now, and I’ve always received great service. Recently I purchased a very large painting which was not expensive and they were great at arranging affordable shipping and did not charge me for packing, which I haven’t encountered with other auctioneers.

Numerous challenges working with Hammersite. The most frustrating was the time difference from the US west coast. In order to contact 5 PM Israel time, you must call at 7 AM CA time! Another issue is the premium. They state 20 % but then add the Liveauctioneers fee to the invoice afterward, without disclosing this to their bidders beforehand! This is dishonest and unscrupulous. Lastly is communication in general. It took DAYS to settle the invoice due to the time difference & lack of response from Hammersite. Overall, a really bad experience & WILL NOT bid with them again.
