The auction house was very quick with responses to my questions, the item was packaged and shipped quickly, and the final product was better than expected. I've bought from other auction houses on live auctioneers and have had awful experiences... but not these folks. They really do a superb job in customer service.

The staff here could not have been more accommodating with coming in on a Sunday to help load my piece in a friends truck. Super knowledgeable and the piece was perfectly packaged and totally would have made the trip via a shipping company. Couldn’t recommend higher.
