Bidder Reviews for AW Gallery, Inc. (2)

The auction house will not respond to my repeated phone calls and emails regarding the authenticity of the item I bought. They will give me no provenance, no proof that the item is what they claim it is. This auction house should be sanctioned severely and potential buyers should be made aware that they sold me an item they described as Van Cleef & Arpels. VCA claims they never made the item. Further, for me to even attempt to obtain authenticity from VCA would cost me $1200. I believe that AW Gallery should pay that and that if the item turns out to be a fake, they should refund my money. ($16, 000 including buyers premium and shipping.) This has made me very angry and disappointed, as I have been unable to get any satisfaction, or even a response, from the seller.
