I am not to fluent in English but the whole process on the web was quite easy to handle and items won are corresponding totally to what I expected from the photos and descriptions.

There was a mix up with shipping. It was corrected. They did respond to a question quickly and it was worked out.

Payment has been made. Allied Refuses to ship the item.

Staff was helpful, patient, informative, and timely with email and phone communications. I do think they should have shown more photos/views in the auction lot display.
