The ring pictured is not the ring I received. The ring was significantly different from the item that was in the photo. Very disappointed.

Tanzanite earrings were advertised as AAA color. They arrived very pale with poor color saturation. Not AAA quality as described in auction. Seller suggested only that buyer get an independent appraisal (at buyers cost@ 300. For colored stones GIA appraisal). No other recourse such as exchange for advertised quality was proposed. Poor communication. No response at all after initial dialog.

Wife was happy and the necklace was very well made.

I bid on earrings, when they arrived they looked nothing like the ones they show in the photo. They insisted that they were as represented. I took the earrings to my local jeweler to get them to weigh the earrings, count the diamonds and give an opinion on the matter. The gold weight was over represented by Oxford Auction. Only after writing threatening letters proving the misrepresentation. I eventually got my money back, but they would not reimburse shipping. This auction house is a total scam! Avoid it.
