Very friendly service. Honest descriptions. Could not be any happier.

Best experience so far on Live Auctioneers. No complications, in perfect condition. However, I think the packing company was way over the top. You could have packed a nuclear bomb in the package. And i paid more for packing than I did for the item.

We had trouble entering our bids. Missed a few irons that we wanted.

The shipper does not ship at the lowest rate, had to contact them to adjust the shipping, which they did.

The are a very good auction house.

Shipping via The MailRoom, Lexington, KY was slow-auction ended 9/3/18 and my 2 items were not shipped until 9/27/18.

Immediately after the auction ended I received numerous demands for payment by text and email (I paid within 1 day) but even got a past due notice the very next day after the auction. After this demand (again I paid within 1 day) it seemed shipping my paid items to me appeared to be their last concern. This auction house specifically uses their own shipper (The Mail Room) and buyers are directed that they will hear from them shortly. After I didn't hear from them for many many days I contacted them and was told to wait a little longer. Weeks went by and I heard nothing despite my sending emails and calls to thems. I finally reached a nice gentleman at the mail room and they did get my shipment out to me. The Box arrived open with the contents spilling out of it (I paid $180.00 for shipping). And now that I've gone through it, it is missing 2 items which I won and PAID for. I've had nothing but good experiences with all other auction house I've used on Liveauctioneers, until now. Never again will use Long Auction or their shippers.
