Fake Chanel with Pictures from different bag
Sent obvious fake bag. The gold was too shiny, the material was not leather, felt plasticy, and the large CCs stitching was opposite real ones. When I looked at the pictures after buying they had pictures of two different bags in the listing. Unable to get refund through V. N. Collectible, had to go through credit card company to get my funds back.

The situation is very strange-the buyer wants TRIPLE refund and wants to HOLD onto the bag. 1. A full refund was issued after she made a claim on PayPal. 2. After that !!??), she made a claim via her Credit Card and is requesting another full refund. 3. Furthermore, in her negative feedback in a private message, she requested yet another refund. Triple refunds in total is excessive! 4. At the same time, she is still holding onto the item and has refused to send it back. This seems suspicious.

It was great dealing with VN Collectible.
I purchased two items from V. N. Collectible. They were quick to get items shipped after the sale and super responsive when I needed a response around one of the items that I purchased. One of the vintage bag that I purchased is nothing short of amazing. The condition of the vintage bag was better than what I saw on the real real and other consignment shops. As with anything luxury verification is important, and they included a picture of the tag in the auction which allowed me to learn more about how to authenticate luxury items. I cant wait to give the items to my wife. The bags were handled with exceptional care, and I have no complaints.

Counterfeit Item
After receiving the item I had it independently authenticated. It is COUNTERFEIT. I contacted them-they only offered partial refund if I return the item-at my expense. I am in the process of disputing with my credit card company. I cannot recommend buying anything from VN Collectibles. My experience has be terrible.

Sorry, according to the instructions in the invoice you could easily remove additional payments. < br >-4 different method of payments could remove Processing Fee-why did you not chose it? < br >-You can also remove shipping insurance (at your own risk, but you can do it). < br >-International shipping for your item was $28.85. Is it a lot? For compare: I am paying to the shipper for shipping the same size items $70-$100 into USA (International-$120-$150). Why did you think our shipping is expensive? In any case we always can find a solution to any problems.
