Nice Item as Usual
As usual, L & U comes up with some great Royal Doulton items. The price for this item was very fair, the packing was beyond excellent and the sipping time was a bit sluggish. I just wish they would stop putting Styrofoam peanuts with the shipping.... they are not recyclable by me and it just goes into a landfill. I also think they are slipping a bit on customer service. I sent them a private message regarding my last purchase (dated May 8th). My mug came with a chip on the front. It was not in the description, nor was it visible in the picture. This happened somewhere after the auction was over and once it was shipped. Shocked that L & U had no response to this issue. Overall, my satisfaction level is a 8 out of 10, they seem to be lacking in communication and customer service as of late. Disappointing.
