Ruby's Auction was great to work with. They shipped my items out quickly, and everything arrived well packaged. When a small piece of one item was missing, they were very responsive, finding the missing piece and promptly shipping it to me.

Every auction house I deal with always has problems, but NOT Ruby’s. Everything is done prompt and perfectly. Shipping could not be more perfect! Items I have purchased at Ruby’s have arrived weeks before other auctions get back to me with a shipping quote. Ruby’s takes the hassle out of buying at auction!
