Have done both in-person pickup and delivery with Redlands. Extremely happy with both. With shipping, everything was packed well. Fast delivery. With pickup, everyone there was so helpful in loading everything into my truck. Provided materials to get it all home safely. Will definitely return.

I like dealing with this auction house. I wasn't sure these items would fit in my car so I called beforehand and the individual came up with a solution for me if they didn't fit. So, that allowed me to bid and get them. They did fit in my car but the fact that they spent some time with me over the phone meant that they cared. That means a-lot. Thank you.

Good honest auction

I enjoy the auction experience with Redlands Antique Auction. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. If you sign up the auction house keeps you posted with whats happening with the item your watching so you don't miss out. I Have been able to purchase some good deals and like to see what other items end up selling for. Great experiences from a repeat bidder/buyer and sometimes bummed (cause I was outbid) customer:)

SCAM!!! After my payment they resold it. My money was not refunded. Just a scam!

This is my second time winning an item at Redlands Antique Auction. The first time, I picked up the item. This time, I had them shipped. Both of the experiences were very easy. The shipping process was quick and easy. The items were well packed, arrived quickly and the shipping costs were very affordable. The items arrived just as described and are fantastic. I couldn't be happier yet again.
