I won an amazing chair in an auction with magic hill llc. I decided to take a day trip to pick up the pieces myself. I had my 8 year old day with me and I never felt like I wasn’t welcome because I had a little one with me (this can happen sometimes in expensive shops so I feel that it is worth mentioning). The people in the shop were absolutely lovely they took the time to chat with us and we had a great time looking around in the shop and in general. The store is beautifully curated with stunning furniture and original garment designs. I will be going back as often as I can!

Great staff to work with. Very responsive and friendly. I had my items shipped directly through them and couldn't have been happier with the speed and care with which they were shipped, at a very reasonable price. Excellent communications to keep me in the loop the whole way, which most auction houses don't bother to do. Would highly recommend.

Magic Hill employees went above and beyond to make sure my items were delivered to me safely and securely, even though I was on the opposite coast. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The entire process was surely more than I could have expected from an auction house and I would definitely use them in the future when bidding on-line. Overall, Magic Hill was very responsive to inquiries and was very easy to work with. They could have made it clearer that they were willing to drop off items at the local UPS store for shipping, but they did, which made all the difference for us being able to shop with them.
