Cold not have been more helpful! Payment was easy. Picked up the items myself, and they were so helpful in packing and helping with some large bulky items. And the items were great-in perfect shape, and exactly as advertised. Will definitely be back!!!

I bought a pair of vintage earrings and was appreciative of the thorough description and great photos. Also, they were very accommodating and friendly when I called to arrange a pick-up time. I picked up my jewelry in person and had a great, totally seamless experience!

The lamp I bought was a custom piece that I have never seen, it will make a great addition to my living room. They are part of a large antique mall, so you will see a lot of other cool items.

There are a few quirks about this auction that may worry you, but you should not let it! It will work out. They don't take credit cards, but I paid with Zelle and that was fine. The shipper they used was slow, but the prices were good and the people friendly. Denise herself was very responsive and kind. I am extremely happy with my rug and would not hesitate to buy from Luxurious Treasures again.

Seeing the picture of these center pieces took me back to my childhood-my grand parents had a pair just like them and loved them very much. They would only use them during very special occasions. I purchased two items 4/5, paid 4/16, received 8/10. They did not respond to communications. The only reason I finally got my items was the shipping company, who also had trouble with the auction house. Will not bid there again.

I presumed that they would handle in house shipping and accept credit or debit cards. Evidently I've been spoiled by another auction house and it did not occur to me to check these details.

A little issue with a problem with my payment was handeled with grace and warmth. The Chanel necklace purchased for my daughters graduation was a spectacular find at a great price. I purchased these trying out live auctioneers for the first time and have been searching online for a few months for this specific design of plate.
