From start to finish, the experience with Live Art TV has been an absolute nightmare. These people do not know what they are doing. It took me over a week to get an Invoice. I paid it immediately then I get an email stating I had not paid it. I waited literally weeks for a shipping quote from them. I was quoted $500 and paid that also. 2 weeks later they claimed it would now cost $1, 000 to pack and ship properly. Well, yesterday I received the boxes. My 5 year old Grandson would have done a better job of packing. Packing of clock, garniture and wall placques was horrible. Broken prisms, chipped wall plaxques and the clock which was described as "Perfect condition" was not operational and missing the Pendulum. Obviously NOT packed professionally. They really ripped me off on the Shipping cost. Also, the two Urns described as "A pair of Antique gold metal mounted Cassolettes with Porcelain paintings from S Ã ¨ vres, France" were neither antique nor from Savres France. They are cheap knock offs. I learned an expensive lesson. Do not deal with these people.

A terrible process all the way around. Cancelled the whole transaction weeks ago but they’ve never responded. Incredibly unprofessional.

Not that many lots to auction but the average time per lot was 30 mins to hours for lot to close. Very frustrating. Took multiple emails and calls for them to generate an invoice; took them almost a month to deliver the parcel.

Read the other reviews they are correct. Because of the holidays, I couldn't pick up, so I asked how much it would cost for them to ship. They are a short distance away from me. They asked for $100 to ship a small clock 2 miles away (the real cost is about $20)-clearly trying to gouge me. They seem to be a part time venture operating out of a cafe or something. I won't deal with them again.

I received a damaged item, but Live Art TV didn't take care of it and refused to refund any money to me. They should reach out to FedEx to cover my loss, but they failed and asked me to file complaint with FedEx. This is totally irresponsible and unacceptable. I will consider file complaint with government and may go to small claim court to find a solution.

Auction house charges an extra 3 % to pay by credit card and they don’t accept checks. I don’t appreciate this added cost.

This outfit is the JV league of any of the auction houses you represent. The item was claimed to be 40-50yrs old, but was new mfg. They made so many errors in my order from shipping me the wrong item to taking 2 months to resolve. Their communication was sporadic, actions were undependable and they tried blaming me for their errors. Finally, several of their employees promised to 'make it right' for their incompetence, but this never happened. Crooked Live Art. Sad.
