The item is Fake, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They never answered!! don't lose your money

I purchased a Van Cleef & Arpel bracelet from this auction house. They marketed it as authentic piece. When I received it and took it to get checked it turned out to be a fake. DO NOT TRUST THIS AUCTION HOUSE.

I purchased a Cartier necklace that is presented on a red Cartier background suggesting it came in a Cartier box. It does not! and my query about a box or papers went unanswered after the sale. After the sale I contacted them both via email and phone calls to complete payment. They do not accept credit cards without a 5 % charge and do not accept electronic payments, which should have made me suspicious. When we agreed to payment by check that would be sent in the mail, they agreed, but then placed a "dispute" on my account preventing me from getting approved for other auctions when the mail was delayed. I had called multiple times and spoken to them on more than a few occasions. After they confirmed receipt of payment they did not release the dispute until I contacted auction house. Of note, they do not answer phone on most attempts and require that you leave messages. The poor experience with them lead me to read other reviews and now I question the authenticity of the necklace I purchased.

Everything was perfect from the item description, to the actual item and the shipping was super fast!

This auction company sells replicas that are advertised as authentic Cartier goods. Glen, the president, emailed and told me I had 7 days to return anything and then refused to accept my return. As of now I am out almost $40, 000, but have a lawsuit pending. Stay away from this auction company!

Allure Antique Auction Company was extremely professional to work with and answered several of my questions in a timely way. I would be more than happy to do business with them again.

Allure Antique Auctions would not refund my monies after establishing the 'Cartier Necklace' was a replica. The necklace was returned/shipped back and in their possession for months. Glen would only 'consign' it if I removed the poor reviews I posted regarding it being a replica. I acquiesced. Then after re-selling it, Glen strung me along in refunding my monies. I finally prevailed when my credit card company sided with me in a "charge back" because the necklace was resold and my monies were not refunded nor was the the consignment paid. YAY for AMEX for doing the right thing! Then the owner, Glen actually had the nerve to say I was dishonest for charging it back! Really??? Run don't walk from this seller-who needs the headache?

make sure to ask if the photo is the actual item. they use the same photo for different items which does not show what you are buying.

BUYER BEWARE! Because I am honest, I believed there was some credibility and safety in purchasing from LiviAuctioneers. Allure Auction House knowingly lists replica and counterfeit pieces as real. I now realize that common sense would tell you, no auction house would have hundreds of the same items from top European Jewelry houses and all are presented in the same photographs and NONE have their certificates from their respective 'previous owners' or certificates of authenticity from the manufacturer-because they are all COUNTERFEIT! And, sadly, I reported it to LiveAuctioneers. They would only help if Cartier would give in writing that it is a replica. Cartier merely sends you away with "we can not work on this piece. 'This was terrible experience and a huge waste of money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SELLER.

We have purchased 2 items from this company. The first one I was promised that it would be received by a certain date then they hadn’t even shipped it the day I was supposed to receive it. Then the second item was promised by a certain day and it was a week late. I get holidays are hard but don’t make promises you can’t keep. Also with the second item I was sent the wrong shipping number so someone was not at the house. And when the correct one was sent, the package had already been delivered with out a signature. So a serval hundred dollar item was sitting in the mail box. Just not very pleased.

Questionable, bordering on deceptive description of items for auction

I knew what I was purchasing was a replica, with that being said I have the original bronze, The pictures made it look like it was extremely similar. My reason for buying the item was to have a companion piece. What I received was laughable, only not in a good way. Much shorter than the original, not even close in detail, and as far as being a replica, not even close. When I tell everyone what I paid for this piece they all look at me like I’m crazy.

I still didn't receive the item which I paid 17, 500 plus shipping expenses $250. I called them numerous times-no answer.

out of forty sculptures the two I wanted were the only ones sold there was no interest in the others. I put a higher bid on one of the sculptures, and out of forty sculptures, someone bid me up to my highest bid??????? be careful

I messaged the auction house directly about the condition of an item. I was told there were no condition issues and the listing stated the item was in excellent condition. When I received the item after over paying for their in-house shipping it was clearly in less than excellent condition with clear issues I had asked about specifically.

Good communication. Item was just as described. I’m very happy with this Auction House and will definitely use them again.

I had to contact liveauctioneers to get the auction house to respond to me after winning an item and trying to pay for it. The guy told me he was out of town. I had called many times over the course of a week, and left two messages with no response. I have a feeling that if liveauctioneers had not intervened, I would not have received the item.

Glen was completely unhelpful, never answered the phone, slow to respond to emails and when he did would only answer half of the questions. After repeated attempts to get a tracking number 10 days after he told me it shipped and I would receive a number he tells via email ‚ Ä ú oh sorry your item was damaged and never shipped ‚ Ä ù. How long would have had to wait for him to figure it out? Took another three days to get my money back what a complete scam.

They were supposed to refund my charge and still haven’t done so. Items were counterfeit.

When I went to pick up my items, they were counterfeit. Glenn Walters (Allure Auctions) said he would refund me for my order. I am still waiting for a refund, that was on May 4th.
