I have purchased a number of items from Refulgent over the past 3 years. Their pictures are accurate and I have been very happy with the items I have received. Be aware that sometimes you have to wait several weeks for them to get specific items at their location but that is not unusual for auction houses. I recommend them.

I have been buying things from this auction house since January 2020. There were some communication problems at the beginning but it all worked out after a few months. My patience finally paid off. These people work really hard and most importantly, they are trustworthy! I have bought many pieces from them, and I will continue to buy from them. Highly recommended!

Refulgent received payment in full from us on on 3/9/2020. Since their receipt of payment, Refulgent has refused to communicate with us regarding shipment of our items. Do business with these people at your own risk. Upon safe receipt of our items from Refulgent, we will modify these comments. Until then, we do not want other bidders to go through the nightmare of buying valuable property from an auction company that refuses to communicate with their paying customers.

Photo not good, low quality. Background better use white base. Packing skill and shipping speed need improving

Although the business is said to be in ny and I believe the items are somewhere in china. No one answer their phone. I paid and still have not heard the items being available for shipping or pick up. Very tricky.
