Questions about an amazing Cameo Glass Salt were answered quickly and accurately prior to auction. The auction listing was accurate and included awesome pictures. Paying was extremely easy and the in-house shipping was wonderful. The salt packed extremely well per request and arrived in great condition. Wonderful buying experience and very happy with the Cameo Glass Salt.

I've been told by the auction house it has been very busy due to holidays. I've been very patient and understanding. However, the auction was held on December 10th, 2020. Here it is January 11th, 2021. My items only made it to the shipper sometime late last week. The in-house shipping Curated quoted was 2 1/2 times the amount the local shipper's quote, so of course I opted for the local shipper. Still, it has taken this long to get it to this stage in production and I have no idea how much longer before my $600 + purchase reaches me. Christmas has come and gone. Any chance of my purchases making it for holiday gift giving have expired as well. Curated has been very polite in explaining how busy they've been. Note that I've done business with other auction houses and all of my purchases have made it to my home since that time regardless of timeline. I feel over a month is unjustified at this point since they have my money, still have my goods. And I have nicht. Excuses don't measure up to poor customer service when the wait time has been this long IMO.

I have purchased several items online over the years-i have never had such a horrible experience. First off it has taken over two months and I'm still waiting on my items, one item is inaccurately listed, the shipping agent is horrible and way overpriced-ridiculous. Too many options out there to deal with such an unprofessional lot-not one thing but a whole lot that they just do terribly bad. I will never buy from this auction again and I'd advise you to do the same.

Items beautiful. Extremely slow delivery. Took a month from payment although was sent Priority Mail and packed well. But items were exactly as described.

Item shipped damaged. Curated Estates did a great job in resolving the issue with the shipping company. I didn't have to do anything other than inform Curated how the item arrived and they did the rest. I'm expecting a full refund on the item as well as the shipping cost. Thank you Curated for taking care of this for me and making it right.
