They have a great staff who are quick to communicate any issues or needs they might have regarding my purchases. Everything is resolved quickly and professionally and they work seamlessly with shippers. Couldn't be easier!

This was my first over seas auction and there were many details I had to learn about as I went through the process. IE: because the object I won is over 70 years old I needed to apply for a pricey government permit to ship it home. This was a surprise but my own fault for not having done my homework better. Being Italy the government will take up to 5 months to approve my export license so it will be a long time before I get to see it in hand. This is not my first time dealing with a foreign government and rolling with the flow will be my best course of action until it gets done. All this said the seller was very helpful and accommodating all the way through. I have had much more difficult interactions in other countries and I have confidence this will work out well in the end. For the right item I would be happy to work with Bolli & Romiti again. They helped me over the hurdles and so far it is very much what I expected. I will be very happy to get my item in 4 months or less and until then I will do as the Romans do and be patient.

I appreciated to "deal" with Bolli & Romiti. The only "surprising" point was the shipping to Belgium... extremely expensive! I think it is better to ask the price of the shipping before bidding. Exept that point, everything was perfect.

Bolli & Romiti are one of the best auction houses to shop from! The entire process was very simple, and they were very kind and quick to answer all of my questions. The item I purchased was described accurately and priced reasonably. Shipping from Italy to the US was around $90, aside from that, I would definitely recommend shopping here with confidence!
