Hello David, We apologize for the delay as your Dali was a loose Lithograph and needed to get framed. The frame with the gold was out of stock so unfortunately it took a few more days to get the piece framed. Prior to your review, we had dropped off your Dali to the UPS store since last Friday however it has been a 3 day weekend and it got delayed getting processed, a tracking number will be forwarded to you directly by them. Our phone number has been the same for 15 years but never received a call from you. Our address description states that we are located behind the adult store as it is our warehouse facility but we also have a retail Art Gallery. Please see at KOUROSART. GALLERY, click SHOP NOW and our current auction will appear as well as the Gallery location on a map. Our mother Company receives the payments as the WD ART name is a DBA of it so there is no scam here just a simple delay on our end. CORRECT, All the Picasso Linocuts, the Verve Suite Lithos, the Divine comedy by Dali, the One Cent Life and many more other Lithographs get cut out of books. You can check books on line with original Lithographs that are selling for a lot of money! The consumer at times only wants one or more of the Lithographs from each book and we give them the ability to purchase that way and not having to invest on the entire book. We also have them professionally framed and shipped for free!! Per client's request we can provide all the detailed information per book regarding their purchase. WD ART AUCTIONS
