Items never received and no response from auction house.
I paid for my items immediately, contacted the shipper and sent and email to authorize release. Needless to say, items were never released to shipper and I never got the items I paid for. I sent an email to the auction house that has never been responded too. Will never purchase from here again.

Lost 1 of 3 items. Still don’t have my purchases!
Thought the guy was reputable. Lost an item and promised to follow up. More than two weeks now. Has disappeared!!! I paid immediately and still no items or communication!!! No way to do business!!!

No response. No won item shipped
I had won a picture from their auction on June 8th and it is now July 18th and i still have no idea where my item is. I have messaged multiple times through the live auctioneers app to try to figure out what is going on with my item. At first I got a response saying everything was sent to the Ups store that they use and i didn't need to do anything with setting up shipping. But since then I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone. Like I said I've messaged on live auctioneers. I've emailed through website. I called their phone number left a voice mail. sent a text message to number (in their voicemail message it says t you can text their number) no response at all. So i took it upon myself to contact the UPS store to see if they know anything about where my won item it. First of all the number that was given to me by the auction house was an incorrect number that is out of service. So i found the store myself on Google and called them. The woman at the store was nice and tried to help but she didn't seem to know where my item was and said she would call back once she found it. It's now been a week and I've called both UPS and red eagle multiple times and cannot get ahold of anyone. Luckily this item wasn't very expensive but still no answers or responses?? I'd hate for this to happen if I had won something that was hundreds of dollars. I also asked for a refund seeing as though the won item seems to be lost and never got a reply either

Paid them over 3 weeks ago and have not heard one word after numerous emails and voice messages. Would never deal with them again

wonderful experience
Wonderful auction experience and I love my painting. My fault but I should have checked with the local UPS store for a quote before committing to their shipping company (paid twice as much) BUT my package with their shipper was picked up and sent immediately and it arrived in perfect condition with amazing packing so you pay for what you get:)

pretty good but items lost by USPS even though shipped priority w/tracking
Everything was fine. Chris at Red Eagle did everything right. The US poatal service screwed up and lost the shipment. The postal service stinks.

Some inaccurate descriptions, damaged items
No photos were included to show damages to a few pieces of artwork, a couple of pieces have heavy pencil writing on the back which wasn't shown in the pieces, heavy water damage was not disclosed on one.. I did receive a $30.00 credit for one piece not mentioned above, but no response on the others.. I've still not gone through all the pieces, but hope for the best with them.. Caveat emptor.. Very disappointed, but lesson learned..

We were never asked for a condition report for any of the items prior to the auction by the bidder. When you buy 12 items don’t expect they’re all going to be flawless. Items were marked “good condition” not “excellent.” We are a new auction house doing our best to accommodate our customers. We do have live viewings and offer condition reports during and after business hours. We were made aware of 1 piece that had a tear under the glass very hard to make out. I offered $30 back on a $50 item which was accepted. Thank you.

Good quality material and I appreciate the multiple accurate high quality photos and descriptions, especially that they include both 'sight' and 'framed' dimensions of paintings. It was easy to arrange in-person pick up: Chris was super responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back for more...
