I never received an email despite several sent by me afterI won the items. Finally I got a call in order to pay. Items arrived in great packing box soon after.

Oakwood always packs my shipment very well to protect against weather or physical damage. They also call me after I receive my shipment to ensure all is in order and that I my expectations have been met. They always exceed my expectations.

Quick shipment from Oakwood, the packaging is also good, but the USPS took a long time to get it delivery in USA.

The auction site is set up very well. Their descriptions of items was great, much better than most other auction houses. The pictures were very detailed. It was very easy to approximate values based on these two issues (pictures and descriptions). Shipping was handled very well. Items were packed so that no damage would happen in shipping. Timing of the shipment was within just a few days and arrival was before I expected it. They also provided shipment tracking which is very important to me. I received a courtesy call from the auction house to make sure that I received my items. All around one of the best experiences with an auction house that I have ever had.
