Dear Sirs, On 9-06-2018, I bid Lot # 144, a bronze sculpture after Fernando Botero. I won the auction with a bid of $1900. the item was described as being 21 "high. I paid the bill, using my Visa card, as soon as I received the invoice. The total was $2375 + $15 for packing. I used my FedEx account for shipping. When I received the item it was the smaller version of the bronze and it was only 12.5" high. I spoke with them and they apologized for the mistake. I told them I would need an adjustment to the price or I would return the item. I proposed a $1200 price adjustment. They promised to return my call and let me know their decision. I have called many times and left messages, but they've failed to return my calls. The person I spoke with was named Cesar. Please let me know how to proceed.
