Slow to ship but well packed.
The item was purchased on 10/26 and was not shipped until 11/12 after I emailed with a concern about shipping. The item arrived 11/18. Although I was not very happy at the sense of urgency of this vender to ship, I was very satisfied with the actual packing of the item. I would probably buy from this vender again but I wouldn't hold my breath with their shipping procedure.
