If you have problem reaching out to them they do have multiple social network accounts with very responsive representatives to which you should direct your inquiries. It's a big plus that they accept credit card payment without additional fees, was a breeze to use. Plus they offer international shipping and while it might be a bit costlier than your average shipping you can be rest assured knowing that your item is going to arrive at your door safe and sound-mine arrived about two days after they posted it to me. It's a hassle to arrange shipment pickup by yourself if you're not local so that was a big advantage to me.
