Shipped out without waiting for 2 or 3 weeks like the beginning of Live Auctioneers. Had product shipped and in hand shortly after the auction ended.

Everything went smoothly

We provided them with an insured label. They did not ensure that it was properly scanned and has been lost. They do not seem to care or have any interest. They have not attempted to provide any proof that they did indeed drop it off at the FedEx location.

My items didnt arrived yet. Been contacting them since I won the bid Oct 10 but barely respond! I tried to call them a lot times but always directed to a voicemail box. I have been emailing them and asking for the shipping information but never heard anything from them!

just send us one invoice! Dont have us spoon feed you payment info (which you already have) for shipping, etc
