This is a very well run family operation. All of their employees love helping and working with the customers to make sure it's a wonderful experience, and it always is. Ralph is always willing to make it all good. I have called him and asked if I could pik up my items on a saturday and this is when he's closed, but he always says yes I will open up and help you out. I alway try and get something. Top qualtiy its for sale. Just take a look and you will see.

After pointing out that the piece of furniture wasn’t stable and needed to be fixed, I was given a partial refund. I did ask a question about the specific condition days before bidding and no mention was made about the item needing to be stabilized due to three joints having come loose. Also, the item was covered in dust when I arrived to pick it up, which surprised me. I’d have presented it differently, but that’s not a big deal for some people I guess. In the end, I give them credit for doing what’s right, but I wouldn’t have bid if I’d have known the furniture needed to be repaired.

I contacted the auction house several times by phone before placing my bid. My calls were returned, usually within minutes, with accurate information on condition, shipping etc. The item I purchased was quite heavy. The staff were more than helpful with loading the item into my vehicle. Great experience all around.

When my chest-on-chest was delivered it was more exquisite than in the online photo's. Mr. Fontaine was more than accommodating with the delivery and made the process a pleasure. The delivery man was a real gentleman. This was the best exerience that I've had with any auction house!

Easy online bidding, items ready for pickup the next day, overall excellent experience.

As always items are better than picture and described. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only regrets I ever have at this auction house is that when I see the merchandise I did not buy more. Because like I previously said, Ralphs Merchandise is always in top notch condition and accurately described.

There was deficulty with a private shipper. Ralph is a stand up guy. It took 30 days for a positive resolve, Ralph stood for his house every days until it was solved. Technecially it was NOT his responsibility BUT he stayed until it was delivered. YEA Ralph

Pickup was delayed by getting COVID. I let Mr Fontaine know and he graciously held onto the chair until I could pick it up. He was very helpful with loading the chair. Great auction house!

Pickup was quite easy and fast. I forgot and left one piece of my auction item behind. The owner gave me a call and I went back to pick it up. He was waiting at the front door with it.
