the bidder make a mistake to bid on some bottles & though the each lot contain 2 bottles, because I show the back & front of the bottles. I offer an option of a return & a refund but instead he ask me for a partial refund claiming the its hard to go to the post office. please ask questions before bidding if you dont really understand the title, descriptions or pictures

My package was torn open, I think it could have been packaged better.

They are Slow Slow Slow. Over a month to ship after payment.
I would not do business with them again.

Buyer Beware
After winning an auction item, I paid promptly. (The payment is automated, actually) After 3 weeks, I reached out to support as I had not heard anything regarding the shipment. Another week went by before I received a response. It took nearly two more weeks before the item was received. It's unlikely that I will bid on items with this auctioneer in the future.

They have my money AND my merchandise... 22 days and counting.
I purchased several lots at the auction, paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice. That was May 15th. I still don't have my merchandise. I was told last week that it would ship on Tuesday. Nothing came. I was told yesterday it will ship on Monday. I have asked for proof of shipping by end of day Monday. This is unheard of and extremely disappointing. Frustrating.

Please note the the bidder acting like like im a scammer because they pay with cash instead of a CC, where she can contact the company and get a refund. It’s not nice to act like this because you are mad with the auction house
