Cracked main stone
Main stone was cracked completely across the middle. My jeweler could not reset it because he told me it would come out in two pieces. I could see the crack when he showed me and had me feel the crack on the top of the stone.

Best Experience Yet!
This was a wonderful experience all around! The ring is gorgeous. They relayed the nicest responses and the item was delivered in just days, unlike the several weeks it often takes with other auction houses. I highly recommend using Legacy whenever possible!

Fraudulent Estate Sales with Cheap Items
Beware. This is an “auction house” that sells cheap, fake items with vague descriptions as part of fake estates. The items are new, super cheap trash that they buy from China with “Italy” stamped on them. When I called with my concerns, they had their spiel very well rehearsed. Don’t be taken. This whole thing is a rip-off scam. I buy from Live Auctioneers all the time and have been able to avoid the scammers on here for 5 years but finally fell for one. Be careful!

Deceptive picture and description of item
The picture of the ring was deceptive. The stone was blue not purple, had glaring inclusions and nicks to the surface, all camouflaged by the picture.

Unique home items from Estate sales.
The seller was always on hand for my many questions and concerns for pick up. Since I lived near the auction, I was able to pick up the items myself. I love that because I save all that money instead of shipping. I found useful items for my home and a piece for my Nippon collection. I hope to do another transaction again with this seller.
