I have not had any response from my email to them. I’ve sent shipping info to UPS to pick up the item, I’ve called them 3 times and they say they have the info but still no item. I sent an email to Hamilton to release it to UPS but I still get emails telling me I’ve done nothing! Nightmare, I’ll never buy anything again from an Auction company that does not ship the item!!! Will I ever get my item???????? ‍ ♀ ️

Hamilton is probably the best and easiest auction house to deal with. Items are always as described and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I purchased a rather valuable piece of audio equipment. As with most of my audio equipment purchases I was concerned about shipping so I drove from 2 states away to pick up the order in person. I called to confirm pick up times I was thrilled to hear they were available on the weekends. When I arrived it was prompt and secure but personal. I was able to carry the equipment myself, load it and handle it the way I wanted to. I was apologetic because I know how neurotic the HiFi community is. Staff was very comforting. I felt good about the purchase and storage of items while they were at auction. The two employees were even hospitable and offered me a chair, restroom and water before I got back on the road to return home. I was very satisfied.

Item was as described, good communication. It would be nice if they had 21st century online payment processes. Unfortunately I would think twice about bidding if I had to snail mail in payment again. Getting a money order, buying stamps, and mailing payment is antiquated.

I hope you do not utilize Live Auctioneers for future auctions. the worst most confusing bidding pages I have ever used!
