twice they removed my review-took almost 4 weeks to receive my items and they lied to me in an email they sent me; do not recommend you do business with them

This Auctioneer runs a fantastic operation. Great items, with great prices. He always stands behind every lot he auctions off. Nice experience every time.

I had initially selected local pickup for this auction but then had a back issue and couldn't make it on the pickup day. Not only did Amy hold the items for me for a couple weeks, she then happily mailed it when I realized I couldn't get there. So lovely to work with and all of the items are beautiful. Thank you.

I have dealt with CMA for a while now, and they always have interesting items up for auction. Any time I have a question, they are very responsive and informative. My co-workers are very jealous of some of my finds! Easy to bid and easy to pay and pick up. I would definitely recommend them-A +.

Very accurate & thorough descriptions & photos

My first experience with Central Mass Auctions and I was skeptical, but turned into a solid fan 👍 I have been dealing with on-line auctions houses for many years and am quite aware of the risks that come with that kind of activity. Bidders need to know their stuff and not expect to be hand held through the process. I asked specific questions where necessary and got quick and concise answers that were honest and straight forward. Once I had won several items, the staff quickly got my items transferred to their preferred 3rd party shipping source to begin the shipping process. That source provided excellent communication and shipped according to their forecast. We all would like faster shipping, but I found that waiting a couple of weeks was quite reasonable under the circumstances of demand. I received my several items safely and without damage and I was a happy camper. Be diligent, but Be a bit Patient, and then Be happy.......

I always like see the new auction lists. Great objects and always authentic.

Nice people, but you'll have to plan for any shipping involved. I picked my item up in person, but didn't mind as I got to see a long time Worcester Massachusetts company just as it closed for good.

No problems

Online auctions are a ********** shoot. We all know that. Still, we have to have faith that the items will be described accurately and completely. This auction promised a scrapbook of old Mass. postcards, "including many real photo postcards." Unhappily, of the 200 + PCs, only 7-8 were true RPPCs. There were probably 70-80 others that someone incorrectly assumed were true RPPCs, but, instead, were just printed photo cards, produced in large quantities. That was bad enough, but the third-party shipping was outrageously high. I've dealt with a dozen online auction houses and shipping services. I most likely will not try Central Mass again because of the misleading description and the horrible shipping costs. This was a disappointing experience and a stern reminder of "caveat emptor," let the buyer beware.

My first time buying at CMA. I have been involved with collecting for over 60 years. Honest cordial people. One suggestion to call for pick-up instructions as they have changed from the web posting.
