Shipping was a little slower than I expected, but when shipping a lot of stuff to a lot of people, I can see where extra time might be needed. I see no reason I won't use them in the future.

Natural Gemstones.

Being one of my first auction orders I wasn't sure what to expect. When the order arrived, the items were as shown and the quality as expected. Shipping did seem to take longer than expected, but coming from out of the country, and considering the number of other orders being put together, it wasn't unreasonable in time, just a little pricey. Overall, great experience and I would definitely use them again.

This house is wonderful with their products. In the begging I had some communication problems but it was no fault to anyone at the house. My products arrived at about 2 weeks after payment, they were packaged VERY well, loose stones were wrapped in bubble wrap and if I wasn’t careful I would have accidentally thrown one away. Again to fault to the house that was me not paying attention. I loved the simple payment process.

I have paid for five beautiful items and I have received NONE of them. The invoice was paid immediately upon receipt. The auction was 5/20/20. Today is 9/24/20. I have written email messages and received no response. WARNING. STAY AWAY. Apparently the merchandise was to come from India. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was the winning winning bidder of lot 580 (Pashmina Shawl) in an auction on May 20, 2020, hosted by Treasure of Gems & Jewelry, Murfreesboro, TN, USA. The explicit terms of the purchase included a $10 fee for shipping. The auctioneer charged me $20 in shipping and refused to honor the published rate of $10. I paid in full for the item on May 23, 2020, via PayPal. As of early July, the auctioneer had not delivered the shawl or responded to my emails regarding the status of the delivery of the item. The shawl was finally delivered to me on or about July 22 only after I had contacted customer support at LiveAuctioneers and filed a dispute with PayPal. To date, the auctioneer has never provided me with an explanation of the nearly two month delay in shipping the shawl. I will never patronize this auctioneer in the future, and I would advise you to not do business with this auctioneer. To date, I have not received the Pashmina Shawl. Also, the merchant has not responded to my inquiries about the delivery of the item. On your website, there are additional persons complaining that the same merchant has failed to deliver other items. Please investigate this matter. I have already initiated a payment dispute against the merchant with PayPal. Please contact me if you need any additional information. Won 2 bids in an auction in May. Received one item, but the earrings never arrived. Contacted the auction house and received a followup that the earrings would ship from a 2nd location. They never arrived. Will not use this vendor ever again.

I purchased a necklace on May 20 and paid the invoice via PayPal. I never received the item. I contacted the seller and auction house multiple times with no answer. I am now requesting a refund from PayPal. Do not buy from this auction house or seller.

This guy is terrible you buy and item and you will never receive the item, the communication is poor he doesn't care about anything just in keep selling but never worry about sending the item, my experience is the worse in my whole life, I am just wondering how many people more he had done this, do not buy with him period!!!!
