I am put off by your review. I told you to send photos of the damaged packaging as UPS expressly requires the packaging be examined by a UPS claims representative for any insurance claim. You never sent pictures, and then admitted you had discarded the damaged box. That eliminated any chance for a UPS claim, I still extended you the option of returning the gun to me for a refund or having the little brass thimble reattached at my expense. That was the ONLY damage, an inconsequential inch long brass tube had been dislodged from the underside of the barrel. It could be soldered back in place in five minutes. It did not affect the value of the percussion fowler in the least. I had no problem accepting the gun back, it was fine. I heard nothing from you, and now many months later you post a ranting hateful review. Your review is untruthful... You have my email and phone numbers on every document generated by Live Auctioneers, yet you claim you couldn't contact me or my office. Your post sounds like an angry email someone writes after consuming too many adult beverages. Hmmm? We will take you off the approved bidders list and solve this problem.

This bidder bounced a check for over $1, 300.00 a month ago and then claimed he could not reach our office no matter how hard he tried over the next three weeks. Lies and excuses tend to make me angry. He is blocked from bidding.

I have no idea what is referring to. He bid on two buttons, paid for them, and received them weeks ago.
