Don't buy never shipped and live auctioneers no help

Do not do business with this company-I purchased a ring from Miami Art Dealers August 1, 2021 and paid the invoice in full the following day and have never received my item. I contacted them regarding the shipping the item after a week and Julia messaged me to say they had been busy, but would get the information out to me in the next couple of days. When I still had not received any information, I contacted Miami Arts Dealers again August 20 and they informed me that they had an issue getting the ring from their consignor (they didn't even have it in hand when they put it up for auction) and that they were checking on the delivery of the item and they would get back to me, that was the last I heard from their company. I followed up with Live Auctioneers to find that they are no longer on their site as a vendor, I have left multiple voicemail messages and emails with no response from Julia or Adia. I researched the address that Live Auctioneers gave me at it is the location for a Pawn Shop and they share the space with Miami Art Dealers. Currently I have opened a dispute with Paypal to refund the $1, 500 that I paid for this item. Now more than 2 months after my original purchase and payment, I have no ring, no refund and no communication from Miami Art Dealers. Do not purchase anything from this company-they advertised this ring for sale, didn't have it in hand, haven't been honest or communicated with me and I am out $1, 500. So disappointed that this type of company was allowed to be on Live Auctioneers, they are dishonest and disreputable. I have had great experiences with Live Auctioneers companies in the past-a lesson learned check out any company even if on a reputable site prior to purchase. I hope I save someone else from this same kind of situation.

I consider Miami auctions to be illegitimate dealers.

I won an item on May 27 2021 and fully paid for the item and shipping. After some time they said that item was damaged because of a flood. I asked them to send me the pictures of the damage and I was ready to still get it with partial refund. Three months after I still didn't get the item nor refund and they stopped answering me. Had to create a claim via Liveauctioneers support but it also doesn't help

Honest and efficient dealer, fast delivery

Received belt which was smaller than stated in description. Seller ok'd return for refund. They received the return and kept the refund. I am out $250.00 BUYER BE AWARE!!!!

but boy did it take a long time to get here-won the item and paid on the 17th of January and it arrived on the 23rd of February

I was wondering what had happened to my order (in house shipping) and that day they sent an email in noting the item was returned. We sorted out that they used the correct address and suggested we use an alternative... a few days later the item arrived... and is just as presented. SO, many thanks for your effort and we will do business again.

I know that circumstances are tough these days, but I had three or four items that I bought from other auction houses after this auction that I received BEFORE this one. MAD seem like they are struggling.

They were fast they were courteous and they shipped my item beautifully. I would absolutely have no qualms about purchasing from Miami Art dealers again

Art description indicated excellent condition. The frame was severely damaged as well as scratches on the glass. The transaction is now in dispute.

It was mess up by LIVE account service block my account due to I was on oversea vacation trip change my shipping address. The owner for the house work out the payment with me together and fully trust me without any question! Like this house very much and would like to do business with them in the future. By the way, the watch what I get is over beautiful than what I expect!
