Unprofessional and disrespect. They responded my inquiry ten days later. I sent them email, they responded back to Liveauctioneers mail . I requested provide additional photo, they never responded. I asking send invoice after ten days of auction as they never did, and then they said "we send it again" what a faking! they treated you like three years old, they insult customer intelligent. I email them but they got back to me on Liauctioneers mail . I used Liveauctioneers mail , they reponded back to my Yahoo email. Never on timely manner and random. I need to spend time to find my question when and which avenue to matched they answer/respond as they never used same avenue (yahoo or liveauctioneers) got back to me. they posted commission 27 % but actually they charged 30 %. 95 % of the buyers used credit card for the most convenience way, but this auction house taking your advantage making up excuse to get more money out from customer. lot description inaccurate. we purchased item in auction normally whenever we ready to pay and picking up to go/ship. No! not with this auction house. They don't even know when they could let you pick/ship out the items. I suspected that this auction house do not have physical location for their business. They took our money we could not find them. How could they auction without having the pieces? Buyers would running into issue when the consignor and auction house default. Unbelievable!
