I really liked the service they provided however if you're shipping overseas it might take a little bit longer and I didn't usually get updates till Friday during that period. Also this is probably not common but they misspelled my address. Other than that they're very kind and professional and they care a lot about their bidders. Expect good things from them in the future as they grow!

I love that this House answered my questions with full sentences and thoughtful/helpful answers, seems like that should be a given, but unfortunately it is not. The gentleman answered shipping questions and my (probably common knowledge) questions promptly and happily. They were a pleasure doing business with and I will be receiving Her Majesty's post from them in the future! To Cooper Barrington: I'm still considering that empty flat above you hahaha!

Got a sculpture from them, nice item nice price, only half dismounted, now I must do some adjust work to have it right.... lets give themthem the benefit of the doubt.. maybe the long shipping affected the item... maybe

It appears the auction house sold the item I was informed that I had won to someone else. No information provided. Go figure! How reliable is that!
