A Pleasure to Do Business with Zorrilla
This was my first time doing business with an auction house in Uruguay and it was a real pleasure. The auction itself was well run. The follow-up after the sale was efficient. Packing was provided and completed promptly. Shipping went smoothly. I recommend this team and would gladly participate in another Zorilla auction.

Fast and easy purchase
The item looks exactly as it was photographed. I had a question after I received it and they responded almost immediately! The only thing I will point out is that it’s expensive to ship from Uruguay to the USA, but shipping is just shipping.

The problem with item and payment proces.
The picture was taken such a way, it hide defects. Payment process was a bad dream. The auctions house required payment by money transfer, what I did second day after I received invoice. I was told, that money did not come and I have to submit proof that money was send. What I did. It was not enough for the auction place. I had to go again to Wal mart what I used to transfer money and took a picture of their screen saying the money was deposited and accepted by the auction house. This is a first experience I had buying antiques for 25 years.

Hello, Thank you for your comment. We are apologise that the item and payment process were not what you expected. With regards to the payment process, our terms and conditions of payment are clearly stated. You opted to pay using a method that we do not accept. Consequently, we were not aware that the funds had entered our account, hence why we asked for a payment receipt. We have a two week window before the auction in which we work with our clients to send them extra photos of any items that they are interested in. That being said, we would like to resolve this issue and will contact you directly.

Wonderful communication.
I had issues with getting payment to them. They were SO patient with me. Always polite and accommodating. To give you an idea, I won this at the end of October and just last week managed to get the payment to them (November 26). They sent my item immediately and I received the package from Uruguay to Memphis, Tennessee in only 5 days!! The item is just beautiful, in perfect condition and their customer service couldn’t have been better.

Very responsive friendly auction house
Great auction house, with good responsive communication and reasonable shipping charges for long distance. Items came very quick once shipped and the charges for such a long distance were reasonable. Always quick to answer questions and items were as I expected. Will be bidding with again.
