Item billed and sold as original vintage actually a modern reprint of considerably less value.

I was apprehensive to bid after seeing some the reviews, but worked out OK. Areas to improve: Communication; I had no idea when my poster was shipped, no tracking number was provided. It took over a week to be shipped and I had to inquire if it was shipped at all. Also, although the poster was in a strong tube with taped ends, the ends were not padded inside to help prevent damage to the ends of the poster during shipment. This auction house appears to specialize in posters and prints, so they should know to do this.

They put the same items and lots numbers on continuous fake auctions using only one internet sourced picture. They are a fake auction house. Do not bid!

I won an item on June 3rd that SMG had listed. I paid for it the same day and was awaiting shipping. On Sunday June 5th another of the same item went on auction by SMG and I bid and won that item as well. I was awaiting the invoice for the second item and requested that both be shipped together. I never received the second invoice for the item I won and called SMG. SMG informed me that the second item I bid on was actually a relisting-2 days later-of the original item I won. I asked how they could relist something I bought and paid for 2 days prior. Their response was unsatisfactory. But this story doesn't end here. They then told me that they could not find the item I won and if I would like to wait for them to search for it. One week later I called them and they told me that they could not find my item and that they would credit me back the full amount. They never did and I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Fortunately my credit card company immediately credited back the charge after hearing what happened. My advise-avoid this auction house.

I bid on and won an item, paid for it that day, and was awaiting shipping. Two days later, the same item went up for bid again. I thought it was another of the same so I bid on it and one that as well. Never received an invoice for the second bid. I contacted them several times through emails to no avail. They finally called me a week later, after the auction, and told me that the second auction item was in reality, the same item from the first auction. Then they had more great news, they could not find the item that I had won and said if I could be patient, they would try and find it. Five days later, they contacted me after I left a message, and told me that they could not locate the item I had won and paid for. They said that they would issue me a full credit on my credit card for the purchase. They never did, I had to call my credit card company, and dispute the charge. Fortunately, my company credited me immediately. I would recommend avoiding auctions by this company if this is how they do business.

I left a lengthy review on another lot. But they deserved to get all the 5 stars on each lot!

Had a couple of issues, and they went above and beyond to take care of us. The carded figures were all in fantastic condition. The pictures dont do justice to how clean the cards are. The only thing I would say that would have made it even better would be to not put the # stickers on the card. It took some effort to get it off. If there must be a sticker maybe put it on the plastic parts rather than the card itself. But other than that super happy with all the figures! As well as the communication from SMG. They were professional and handled everything quickly. We will for sure be buying from them again. And will be following for future auctions! Thanks guys!

Poster arrived well, though the cardboard roll wasn't strong enough and heavily damaged. However the poster itself stayed safe.

Over half the items that I bid on and won on this last go around were not as described. The sellers description are half truths at best and somewhat misleading. "Tested and Working" should mean exactly that. Not partially working. These sellers should be ashamed. The auction houses should take some responsibility to. When you ask if it works, it should work, period. My taste for this has soured. The fun has been taken out of it. Thanks guys.

Two items were up for auction. I won both, but the seller then notified me that only one could be found. How does this happen?!

Bought and paid for 2 items. 2 days later refunds me and says “no longer available ��. Later my items were relisted.

Confusion + Lack of Experience (sometimes) = confusion. These are great organizations. My ratings are based on my first experience. Nothing but 5 Star quality after experts lead me to learn the system better. Still miss my Sophia though... Hard lessons to come by but fully understood, accepted and appreciated

I won an auction with this company, actually they are selling all at normal price, there is no "auctions" here, they immediately sent me the invoice that I also paid immediately, and from there there was no more contact, after several weeks and after complain that they just dissapear, they simply sent me a message that I was going to be refund because they dont have the item. Nothing of concern to satisfy the client, they do not care and apparently it is a common practice that this seller have to re-list everything without updating what he have available, and what they dont, I am surprised that this type of bad sellers continues to be allowed here.

As advertised... good delivery. I would shop with them again.

Edwin with SMG contacted me immediately after I let him know that the item I won was NOT the one I received due to a mishap. Mistakes happen, we are all humans. So, to make a long story short, once he located my item and shipped it to me I shipped the wrong item back to him and got refunded for the return shipment (I got refunded MORE than I actually paid at the post office, as a token of appreciation). Definitely I will keep buying stuff from SMG MArketing. A very good way to take care of customers.

I wouldn't have bid in the first place if I had read the reviews first. Once I read them I knew not to pay my invoice. I will be looking for this poster elsewhere.

They did not send invoice for a week, no response to phone calls, emails, and after forever they finally sent my items that arrived just destroyed because they put boxed toys in a mailed.-5 stars worst experience to date.

I bought a clock on 12/5/2020. I have not received the clock as of yet. I’ve sent 2 emails with no response. I did get a call from someone asking how much I paid for shipping. He asked me to look at my invoice and tell him. He hung up then without confirming who he was. It’s 12/27/2020 with no clock. I’ve bought a lot of things through live auctioneers with no issues. Will never bid again from SMG marketing. If clock doesn’t arrive this coming week and I still don’t have a response I will be canceling the charge on my card.

I was very dissatisfied with this auctioneer. They did not send me the tracking number of the item I won and when I reported it was missing and delivered they sent me the tracking number later that it was delivered in my front door. They did not send me the tracking number earlier. Their delivery was also late it took about 3 weeks before it shows the tracking number which shows a completed delivery but I did not see it in my front door. I filed a complain but they never responded back.

Never seen in my many years as a collector, such a ridicolous behaviour. Won 4 items, paid immediately and after asking what was going on with my items they came out saying they (all of them!) were damaged and they were not going to send them to me. Of course they gave me a refund but I have never dealt with such a unprofessional behaviour. As I said NEVER AGAIN.

Trustworthy and dependable, these folks went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed for my occasion. I couldn’t recommend them more. They’re jewels.

The piece was placed inside a typical flat mailer without any rigid support or even thick cardboard. Would recommend better practices for more delicate pieces such as this.
