They stole my money. After five months and a half they made fun of me, they sent only 3 of 17 items I've bought. The biggest scam ever. I can't undestand why Liveauctioneers keeping them to their console! Please read all comments. They never ship out of Australia. I've lost AUD 1, 300.00.

Purchased 4 posters on Nov. 15, 2019, still not received 6 months later. Sent many mails to them, but they have stopped responding about the whereabouts of my items. It is extremely irritable as a paying customer not receiving any info. I know there are 4-6 weeks shipment from Australia to Norway, but 6 months??? Come on! I normally don't give bad reviews, and I am very patient about receiving products, but I honestly cannot recommend this company. Sorry.

Do not buy form this auction house.... read all the reviews. Had to get Liveauctioneers involve. They shipped 2 cheap posters to buy time and do another auction to keep live auctioneers. ridiculous..

Seller never sent the item after a few months and have to go through my bank to get my money back. Like all other sellers mentioned, this auction house is a scam.

I purchased an original movie poster for THOUSANDS of dollars from this auction house. I paid immediately after the auction and after 4 MONTHS and no contact whatsoever from the auction house, (I had to use the live auctioneers corporate office to contact them) I finally received in the mail... wait for it..., NOT THE ITEM I PURCHASED!! It doesn't even match the photo in the auction! They kept the real poster and sent me a cheap, laminated, way undersized, digital printout of a picture of the poster! I was forced to go through my credit card company to get my refund because the auction disappeared with my money. $3, 300 USD to be exact. This auction house is absolutely a fraudulent and criminal enterprise who will steal your money! Under NO circumstances should you trust them or give them money. And furthermore, I think they should be banned from theliveauctioneers.com website and all other similar sites. I know this review sounds dramatic but I promise that it actually isn't nearly as dramatic as the actual series of events that has lead to this over the last 4 months. That is my warning to everyone who expects and enjoys good customer service and honest business practices.

Purchased nine items in December 2019. None received. After months of contacting Robert and being told various lies about them being shipped he no longer responds. I have brought this up to LiveAuctioneers several times and all they do is contact Robert, he says they are being shipped (no shipping number provided-or one that is never picked up by the carrier) and LiveAuctioneers sends that weak information and then does nothing more. Robert had the audacity to resell the three sculptures I purchased and never received again two months later! If you live outside Australia you will not get your purchased items. Robert should either honor his sales commitments or be put in jail for theft!

I purchased items 22nd of february and have not got any news about shipment let alone received it. They do not respond to emails or messages. I will update my review if anything changes to better.

The seller received the payment immediately, but never provide any information about shipping, since the bidding ended on Fen. 22, I still have not received the item!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I purchased a lithograph in November 2019 and never received it. Lots of promises to follow through with the sale, but they were just stringing LiveAuctioneers Support and me along. LiveAuctioneers has suspended ArtDealer! Kudos to LA Support. Stay as far away as possible from this seller. I will be sending all of my correspondence with ArtDealer to BidSquare, Invaluable, and others.

After paying for my item over two months ago and reaching out to ArtDealer I have not received any information on shipping. This has been a terrible experience.

After having purchased an item in mid-September 2019, ArtDealer sent me an email saying they had received my payment and would email me shortly with a tracking number. Nothing ever happened. After repeated emails, they finally responded in mid-December 2019 and said they would look into it and get back to me that day. Nothing ever happened. Now they are ignoring my repeated attempts to contact them. I will have to take it up with American Express. Judging by all the other recent comments here, it would appear that ArtDealer is a complete fraud, andliveauctioneers.com would do well by kicking them off their platform.

Paid on 11/17. Told on Dec. 2 I would receive tracking the next day. It's now Jan. 7. Still nothing... and no response to multiple e-mails. HORRIBLE.

Bought 4 posters at auction, advertised as originals. They only ever sent 2 of the 4 I bought, and those two were clearly fakes. They were not the right size for originals, and the print quality was clearly a cheap reproduction on one of them (the other looked better but was still the wrong size to be an original). They never responded to my questions as to where the other 2 were or my pointing out why these were fake.

Very happy with the items received and they assisted with any shipping issues with regular follow ups over the Xmas period. Very easy to deal with. Will continue to buy from them!

Buyer beware! Nothing was “original and vintage” as listed. I tried contacting the auctioneer before the auction to find out what I was bidding on but they never responded. The auction images looked like the originals so I went ahead and bid on some posters. I was suspicious going in so I tried not to bid on the the posters that went for several hundred dollars. Still I wasted a few hundred dollars on this garbage. Then it took months for them to ship it. When it finally arrived I was unpleasantly surprised to find poster reprints on photo paper — not even cardboard reprints which at least would be worth something. These are going in the trash so I don’t have to be reminded of the waste of money.

I’ve dealt with this seller for years without any issues. Would definitely recommend.

ArtDealer Online is an art fraud of the highest order. After paying for my "won" items I received one response from them saying the items would be shipped "soon." It is now two and a half months later-no items and no response whatsoever from ArtDealer Online despite numerous inquiries. I have had to sick my bank on them and I hope they are put out of business. Run as fast as you can away from this "Dealer". This company is what gives the art auction world a bad reputation.

Stole my money, didn't respond, complete charlatan. DO NOT BUY from this person
